HALARA is a full-displacement yacht built to cruise the world in comfort. However, her sporty lines remind one more of a Lamborghini rather than a Mercedes Benz. And that is part of the charm, the key feature that her designer, Alberto Mancini, brought to the project. Seaworthiness, space and comfort usually come with a more solid look.

Built in steel with a bulbous bow to reduce drag (and incidentally increasing speed, range, fuel efficiency, and stability) she has an aluminum superstructure, teak decks and finish. The Mangusta Oceano series have been highly successful new venture for Overmarine and there are a few yachts on the global sales market within the 141′ 3” (43.04m) size range that can compete.
